‘Farewell / Goodbye: Music for Airline Travelers’ a Jed Chua Original Mixtape
click to download
I have found myself with plenty of time on my hands these days and so I decided to share a mix with anybody who bothers to read this.
Because I go to college hundreds of miles away from home, I fly quite often (next Saturday). Despite the flight only being an hour or so, I struggle to occupy my time. An hour on an plane isn’t ample time to do anything and so I typically just relax to music set on shuffle on the good ol’ Ipod.
When I think of traveling by plane I associate it with the empty expanse of the sky and rolling clouds, so I thought it would be fitting for the ambiance of the mix to be chill and laidback. The overall sound lends largely from dreampop and shoegazing. Enjoy.

Life on Earth and all the inhabitants who call it home never cease to amaze me. Indescribable beauty.

500 Days of Ponyo Time Traveling through District 9

Saturday I movie hopped from the Time Traveler’s Wife to District 9, then ended the day watching 500 Days of Summer. And Sunday I rewatched Ponyo. I’d say a good weekend.

If everybody’s waking up to bad days became spontaneous, choreographed dance sequences, the world would be a better place.
